Arrival: Visitors must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Dress Code: Visitors must adhere to a formal or smart-casual attire policy. Acceptable Attire: Collared shirts, long pants, and neatly tailored jeans. Prohibited Attire: Revealing clothing, Bermuda shorts, torn or faded jeans, t-shirts, sleeveless tops (including spaghetti strap tops), open-toe shoes for men, slippers, and sandals. Security Scanning: All items must go through security at the Concourse and Ground Levels. Firearms: Personal firearms must be declared and temporarily surrendered to security.

Admission of children under aged 3 is FREE of charge. Tickets sold are not refundable or transferable. An adult MUST accompany children below 12 years of age. All baggage and personal items MUST go through the Security Scanning Machine. Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit. The management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel visits without prior notice. The management reserves the right to refuse any entry to any visitor(s).
